The programs change with age. Three things stay the same from the infant room to pre-K.
Play is the curriculum
Blocks, paint, water tables, dress-up, and a lot of outdoor time. Teachers plan the activities, but children do the discovering, and that is where the real learning sticks.
Small groups, known by name
Groups are kept small enough that teachers can follow each child's pace, adjust an activity on the fly, and tell you at pickup exactly what your child was into today.
Parents in the loop
