Music Enrichment
In partnership with Jammin With You, we offer interactive music programs for all ages.
Our music enrichment program is led by experienced instructors from Jammin With You, who bring interactive music and movement activities to our center. Children learn through songs, instruments, dance, and rhythmic activities.
Program Schedule: Toddlers through Preschoolers participate in a thirty-minute music class every other week, providing regular opportunities for musical exploration and development.
Music helps children develop listening skills, memory, coordination, and self-expression. It also supports language development, social skills, and emotional regulation. Through rhythm and melody, children learn patterns, improve focus, and express their creativity. Most importantly, music brings joy and fun to learning.
Each music session is tailored to the age and developmental stage of the children, ensuring that activities are engaging, appropriate, and beneficial for all participants.
Indoor Spaces
At Mountainside Children's Center, we're proud of our modern, well-equipped facilities. Each space is designed with children's safety, development, and enjoyment in mind, providing diverse learning environments that support all areas of child development.
Our bright, spacious indoor gym provides a safe environment for physical activities, gross motor development, and active play year-round, regardless of weather. Equipment includes balls, balance beams, tunnels, hula hoops, and ride-on toys.
Our library is filled with age-appropriate books that encourage a love of reading. Regular storytime sessions help build literacy skills and spark imagination. Children explore diverse stories, develop vocabulary, and learn to appreciate the joy of reading in a cozy, welcoming environment.
Our dedicated STEM room provides hands-on learning experiences with science experiments, building materials, and technology-based activities that foster curiosity and critical thinking.
All indoor spaces are designed with safety as the top priority. Equipment is age-appropriate, regularly inspected, and maintained to ensure a safe learning environment for all children.
Drop-In Care
We understand that families sometimes need flexible childcare options. Our drop-in care service provides the same high-quality care and nurturing environment for children who need occasional care.
Drop-in care is available when space permits, providing families with flexibility for unexpected needs, appointments, or occasional childcare. Call ahead to check availability and reserve your spot.
Children in drop-in care receive the same high-quality care, attention, and activities as our regular enrolled children. They participate in age-appropriate activities and enjoy the same nurturing environment.

Summer Program
Our summer program offers a wonderful opportunity for children to stay engaged, active, and learning throughout the summer months. We provide a balanced mix of structured activities and free play, ensuring children have fun while continuing to develop important skills.
A variety of fun activities including arts, crafts, games, and outdoor play. From creative projects to active games, children stay engaged and excited throughout the summer while developing new skills and exploring their interests.
All activities are conducted in a safe, supervised environment with experienced staff who ensure children's safety while they have fun and learn.
